Highlights

Great for fullness and body, this enamel is used with effectiveness for the coating of media is not perfectly leveled or surfaces where they are evident traces of processing.
These features, together with the drying speed that allows to reduce processing times, storage and use of the articles, make RAPIDEXTRA the enamel suitable for coating of machine tools, agricultural machines, construction machinery and earth moving, industrial vehicles, silos and any other metallic structure destined outside.
The dyed folder meet the color requirements of the market and that this glaze is designed, as are all in industrial shades or RAL.
The indicative yield is 10 m2 / l, variable depending on the surface roughness and irregularities of the manufactured article.

Use

Prepare the substrate, removing rust or paint just anchored. Clean and degrease surfaces with nitro thinner, especially if they are new, then apply a coat of anti-rust or Marinox Maricrom. Rapidextra dilute with 20% of diluent (recommended thinner SD Color 090000) and mix thoroughly before each application. The imperfect mixing can determine differences in hue to the finished work. Rapidextra is applied by spray; brush application, with dilution of 10-15%, is recommended only for minor adjustments.
